Not quite. MTU isn't a factor in calculating EIGRP metrics. K4 and K5 both influence the inclusion of reliability in the metric calculation.

Unfortunately, somewhat misleading. What you list are the components of "vector metric". K values are the factors in the formula used to calculate "composite metric" (single value used when comparing routes).
